📦 Delivery

  • Digital files will be delivered electronically via secure download links.

  • Physical prints will be shipped using trusted carriers; delivery times may vary.

  • The photographer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • All images and content on the gallery are the exclusive property of JORDSSNAPS.

  • Purchasing a print or digital file grants you personal use rights only.

  • Commercial use, reproduction, or resale requires prior written consent.

🔄 Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are not available for digital downloads once delivered.

  • Physical prints may be refunded or replaced if damaged during shipping.

  • Session bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice.

🌍 Limitation of Liability

  • The gallery and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • JORDSSNAPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the gallery.

  • You agree not to infringe upon the photographer’s intellectual property rights.
